M*Modal Fluency EMRsive provides an elegant yet simple interface that allows clinicians to search for patients or view their schedule for the day & look up key information (eg. Allergies, Vitals, Problems, Medications, Lab Results etc.) on the go. In addition, it allows them to record (using either Front End Speech Recognition OR Dictation->Transcription) clinical documentation and have that information post back to the patient chart either as discrete text or as a complete document.
